Many special activities are also held throughout the year for employees and include:

- Cultural Day, which showcases our diversity
- Employee Appreciation Day – when our management team cooks lunch for all employees!
In addition, on a monthly basis, we offer a Wellness Program which provides our employees with the opportunity for free mammograms, bone density, cholesterol, PSA, flu shots, and other health screenings as well.

- An innovative PTO sharing policy, allowing employees to donate time off to other employees who have run out of personal time
- An employee Hardship and Loan Program which allows the employee to borrow money for extraordinary circumstances in their lives
- Resident Scholarship Program which offers employees the opportunity to obtain a degree or for self-enrichment and provides up to $12,000 per employee, with absolutely no strings attached.
